Digi Maniacs

I had so much fun with the text here. I used Tensentype ChaoYuanJ created by Tensentype on Adobe Fonts. I then warped and manipulated the text to flow with the outstretched wings of the falcon graphic.

Branding Board

Digi Maniacs is a club at Daytona State College for all creatives interested in Digital Interactive Media Production.

As part of building the club, I designed the logo. Our school mascot is a blue falcon, so I started off there. I loved the idea of a stamp-style graphic. I then added the elements of the camera and the laptop to show what it is we specialize in.

The color palette was chosen because the school mascot colors is blue and yellow, however I didn’t want to use bright saturated colors that overwhelmed the viewer. This pale pastel yellow is gorgeous and works great as backgrounds with these teal shades.
